    Hi,

I found a nice Spicy Lentil soup recipe that is made with free foods except for the red lentils.

Would these fall under a snack or a meal allowance? Also what dry weight would equal either?

    Thank you 🙂

Red lentils would count as a protein, I think. They are legumes so 1 unit is 100g cooked, or 35g dry weight.  A meal = 2 units protein = 100g cooked legumes = 70g dry weight (plus at least 2 cups free vegies).  I got those definitions from here… https://www.impromy.com/meal-types-glossary/
